Welcome to IPICS 2026 — where the ice is ancient, the ideas are fresh, and the collaborations are cooler than ever! Join us in the breathtaking mountain town of Banff, Canada, from October 11–16, 2026, as we come together to explore the past, present, and future of our planet through the lens of ice.

Registration is now closed!

We met the venue cap of 300 participants more quickly than expected, and had to close registration. Please contact Christo Buizert (christo.buizert@oregonstate.edu) with any questions.
