Instructions for Presenters

Posters must be printed vertically, maximum paper size is A0 (841 × 1189 mm, or 33.1 × 46.8 inches)

Oral presentations:

• Each talk has a 15 minute block which includes time for the talk, questions, and transition between presenters

• Please prepare a 12 minute presentation, leaving 3 minutes for questions and transition.

• Talks can be prepared (and submitted) in .ppt, .pptx, and .pdf formats.

• Presenters will receive an upload link and instructions for submitting their final talk files.
